Cosmos

When I was introduced to Ernie Button’s Vanishing Spirits project I was transported to a world of planets, stars, and moons – not the actual dregs of Scotch that he photographed.  That made me wonder if I could create my own interpretation of the cosmos, not by photographing it creatively with the help of a telescope, but by playing in the digital darkroom, blending and combining photos to represent my ideas of the space above us.  What a new and exciting world I entered – the possibilities are as endless as the borders of our galaxy.  Welcome to my world of outer space….
